Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (Boxers & Lounge), jewelry, and personalized items unless faulty.

Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the merchandise with original tags and include the order confirmation.

Exchange Process

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
